Sunny completed her Bachelor of Commerce degree at the University of Alberta and joined KBH in January 2008 as an articling student. She is originally from Seoul, South Korea and in her free time enjoys playing the piano, traveling, cooking and has a strong passion for jazz music and coffee.

Amy graduated from the University of Alberta in April 2009 with a Bachelor of Commerce degree and joined KBH in September 2009 as an articling student. In her spare time she enjoys reading, scrap booking, cooking and spending time with family and friends.
Jason Baskier

Jason is an articling student with a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Alberta. Jason joined our team in January of 2007. He enjoys various sports and playing music in his free time.
Lucy Chapman

Lucy started with KBH in 2005 and is now the firm's Financial Typist. She enjoys camping in the summer, taking road trips and spending time with her active 8 year-old daughter. She is recently married.
Radhika Conroy

Radhika joined KBH in September 2009 after completing her Bachelor of Commerce at the University of Alberta in August 2008. She likes to go running, dancing and relax to a good movie.
Tony Edgington, CA

Tony joined the firm in May 2001 after completing his Bachelor of Commerce at the University of Alberta and he received his CA designation in 2003. He is currently a Manager in the firm. Tony is married and has two sons. He grew up in the town of Killam and enjoys playing sports and spending time with family and friends.
Loree Fleck

Loree joined KBH in February 2007 and works in the Provost office. Her past jobs have included accounting practices for a rodeo association and preparation of a year-end to send to an accounting firm. She currently manages the books for her husband's company. In her free time she assists her husband with all farm duties and enjoys barrel racing at every opportunity.

Lucas joined KBH in August 2007 as an articling student and qualified as a CA in March 2010. Along with his BCom, Lucas also attained a Bachelor of Science in Physics at the U of A. In his free time he enjoys playing and listening to music, games of any kind, running and has been a proud Oilers season ticket holder most of his life.
Corey Hill

Corey completed his Bachelor of Management degree at the University of Lethbridge in December 2008. He joined KBH as an articling student in January 2009. He is married with three children. He has a passion for music and he loves to play the piano, write music, and sing in barbershop quartets. He loves spending time with his wife and kids.

Christina received her CA designation in 1995 and joined KBH in March 2010 as the part-time Internal Accountant. She and her husband have two children. In addition to being actively involved in activities at her children's school, Christina enjoys downhill skiing with her family.
John Laugesen, CA

John joined the firm as an articling student in June 2006, having completed his prerequisite accounting courses at Athabasca University. John wrote the UFE in the fall of 2008 and qualified as a CA in spring 2009. Prior to pursuing chartered accounting, John worked in the aviation industry and operated his own computer software firm. He is married with two grown children and enjoys traveling.

Kelsey completed her BComm in April of 2008 and joined KBH in May 2008 as an articling student. In her free time she enjoys attending dog shows, equestrian activities, as well as spending time with family and friends.

Brenda joined KBH in August of 2001 as a part time member of our support team. She is married with two children. Brenda enjoys reading and baking cookies.

Aman joined KBH in November 2009. Originally from Chandigarh, India, he completed his BComm in 2000 and qualified as a CA in 2008. He is married, and enjoys chess and following the NHL in his spare time.
Chris Pfliger, CA

Chris Pfliger has his B.Sc. and B.Comm. degrees from the University of Alberta and was very involved with AIESEC, the international student exchange organization, throughout his university career. He began his articles with KBH in January of 2003, got his CA in fall of 2005 and is now a Principal with the firm. Chris is originally from Grande Prairie. He was married in October 2005. Chris also enjoys squash, bike riding and cross country skiing in his free time.

Lisa joined the firm in July of 2006 as the office manager, having graduated from NAIT in 1996 with a diploma in Office Administration. She and her husband welcomed their first child (a son) in May 2008 and love spending as much time with him as possible.

Kevin joined KBH in June of 2006 as a first-year articling student. He grew up in Grande Prairie but attended the University of Alberta, where he received a Bachelor of Commerce immediately prior to beginning with our firm. In his off-time, Kevin enjoys rock climbing, indoor wall climbing, golf and traveling.

In November, 2005, Derek joined KBH as an articling student after completing his B.Comm. at the University of Alberta. Originally from Tumbler Ridge, BC, Derek is a second degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do.
Shahzma Shivji

Shahzma is new to KBH and to Edmonton, beginning her articling studentship with us in January 2010. A Dec '09 graduate of Mount Royal University in Calgary, she brings a Bachelor of Business Administration and three years of full-time accounting experience. She is married and enjoys interior design, watching NHL hockey and spending time with family, especially her new nephew.
